Increasing the efficiency and productivity of People

Good Morning and a pleasant welcome to all of you. Really can’t thank enough for gathering on such a short notice. Being a CEO of Aban offshore ltd. it gives me immense pleasure to tell that recently our company got nominated in NHRD awards for Best working Environment. This was not the first time we proved our metal. It was all due to collective efforts of every single person in the company and the dedication we showed towards realising individual, societal and organisational goals. Aban offshore ltd. is one of the companies which is tremendously benefited by its people dedication towards achieving companies vision. The growth trajectory, since the inception, company witnessed, have to be attributed to values and ethics imbibe by company in its working culture.
But, currently company is facing a huge problem of efficiency, productivity and coordination among employees. Rising complaints from client about deteorated product quality, ineffectiveness in fulfilment of orders, instances of tussle between employees and management, all this have been growing predominantly for the past few months. Guys, company expect you to show dedication and loyalty towards work and company. You are not only the employee here but a crucial part of the company. I know the current global meltdown have affected the company in various aspects. But, financially we are still strong and nothing like layoffs, pay cut or downsizing will happen in near future. You people should keep faith and trust on the company. Results are not achieved within a fortnight. Years of Hard work and dedication of people is required to be there we are. If you don't like something change it; if you can't change it, change the way you think about it. Change the way of working, change your relationship with your peers, supervisors. If two people don’t know each other, they find it difficult to get on together in the workplace, which in turn impact efficiency and creativity. In this dynamic world, we want people who are only focussed towards achieving company’s vision and goals.
In the past, company has produced extremely outbound results. Won various awards in the field of quality, values and ethics, working culture. Don’t, let that feeling wash away like that. Come, lets join hands and work in unison to regain the old position. Let’s work towards one goal of delivering value to customer through showing efficiency and coordination among employees. Be enthusiastic towards future, as said by Emerson states, "Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm".
